To everyone who equates SoA with a real club let me tell you a few things: 1) aint no women allowed at church 2) if you got pepz in your club that you think are rats: they are out bad.... 3) Jaxs father was the founder of the club, that gives Jax a lot of leeway..period. yah he might have been out bad for some of his season 3 crap, but more than likely not. Forced him to go Nomad or to another charter for a while, for a cool down period: also possible. 4) Gemma is an old lady, yes she was the wife of two of the home charter presidents, but in an outlaw Bikers world that is not worth much more than a seat on the back of the presidents cycle. 5) The situation with Clay and Jax in season 3 would have ended up in blood. MCs are like gangs in that respect : blood in blood out. Unless you are too old or sick to ride anymore, and then you are retired status. 6) Guys who are in prison for act for the club, are a special status. Clay was out bad, and the home character president would not be sending his momma to talk to him. He might be sending someone.... but not his momma....7) Jax would have had to answer for what went down with Opie. Members are brothers. The president vows to protect them with his life, and they protect him with theirs. No MC president would making deals with a brothers life. 8) Juice: out bad over being a rat. 9)Chibs: remember his little conversation with Agent Stahl?? yeah likely out bad as well. 10) Tig and Clay out bad for killing a members wife, even though it was an accident. They would both we out bad, Period. Even if the member was thought to be a rat. It would have had to be club level decision to take action, and a house wife whom they knew had no knowledge or connection would not have been involved. 11) Jaxs X wife: MIA, for the crap she did in Episode #1. 12) Tara: the hell kicked out of her for allowing Debbie anywhere near the kids, and the last and final thing on my list of pet peeves about SoA: 13) Tig and that idiot Kozak :Tig voted no twice at table against him getting the SAMCRO patch, and then told him to patch in while he was in prison. Unless he gave a nod to the charter officers, it would not have happened. Kozak would have likely been pushed back to the NOMAD Charter, which brings me too one more point, kinda like a PS at the end of a letter type thing: Charter jumping in MCs dont happen all that much...SOA acts like its all good, and happens every day. Charter jumping usually only happens because you are a: starting a new charter b: helping to grow a charter where the members have become old, or in jail, ect c) a NOMAD charter has been sent out by the president of the home charter to kick some but on a charter that needs it or d) some guy has an issue where he has to move for legal reasons or parents dying, child illness, ect.. its taken very seriously.
