To follow up on my recent experience with the convicted felon, the police have done absolutely nothing. While Im over here terrified to walk to my car or inside my house at night, the deputy who took the report failed to call and tell me they cant find the guy. I had to call and find that out myself. The police went to his residence and he was not there so they just stopped looking for him. I was beginning to regain faith in our police force but this just verifies that they dont care.. If I was white would they care more.. I hate to say it but the offender is black and I wonder how a white family would handle this and if the police would actually do their job and protect .. Im so angry and disappointed, If the police cant help me who will??
