To follow up on the last post, you DO NOT have to spend hours every day in a gym or a home gym to get into and stay in shape! There are great programs like Bill Philips Body for Life and even better his new Transformation program - both available in books and his website are great. His new Transformation 5-25: 5 exercises repeated for 5 cycles/sets of 10 reps each set using weights good for you that can be done at home or gym - is only 30 min of wts alternated with 30 min aerobics.
