To get rid of the morning muchies, gry this recipe as a great snack alternative Easy, Healthy Banana Oatmeal Muffins 2.5 cups oats 1 cup yogurt (I used 1/2c greek vanilla and 1/2c greek strawberry yogurt, because that was all I had in the fridge) 2 eggs (or you can use ground flax seed with water instead) 1/2 cup sugar (1/3 c of agave works perfectly!) 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 bananas 1. Heat oven to 400. 2. Combine ingredients and pour into muffin tin. 3. Bake for 15-20 minutes
