To give up what Ive been working towards for a near 10 years, my dreams and goals is no small thing. Its just like giving up whatever worldly reason you have to get out of bed in the morning x a million because I was hellbent on making it for so many reasons and my progress was showing it. I swear though theres no better reason than the reason why I gave it up. Im respectful when it comes to people and their beliefs as we all have our own lives to live so with that said what Im about to say I never mean for it to come off as preaching or shoving my beliefs in your face. Id just like to inform and share knowledge with you for a better understanding, specifically in this case why Im giving up music. Ive come to sincerely understand Islam and become a true believer. In short, music is a sin as a muslim and it makes complete sense. Upon strengthening my faith through other questions answered, Ive begun dedicating my time to becoming a better muslim. Id love to clarify any questions (most likely misconceptions ;) ) regarding the religion. If I cant answer it myself, Ill be sure to direct you to a source that can. All in all, it stands for peace and the belief in 1 God. Leaves me in a bit of a kerfuffle regarding what Im going to do in life now, but Ive got some ideas in mind that I may share later on :P Wishing you all the best as always!
