To help our UFC Gym members stay on track with fitness goals throughout the Holidays, our Trainer Mary Esquibel will be providing our members with nutritious and delicious recipes! Here is the first of many for you to try: Fat-Free Berry Frozen Yogurt Makes : 4 servings Serving Size: ½ cup Amount per serving: -Calories 142 -Total Fat 0g -Cholesterol 0mg -Sodium 33mg -Total Carbohydrate 26g -Protein 10g Ingredients: - 1½ cup frozen blackberries (no sugar added) - 1½ cup frozen raspberries (no sugar added) - 12 ounces nonfat Fage plain Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons honey - 2 mint leaves (chopped) Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients into food processor & blend until smooth 2. Transfer mixture into glass container with tight-fitting lid & freeze at least 8 hours THANX MARY!
