To keep myself motivated to keep pushing towards my goals, I have set up a structure of Rewards for myself .. so Im giving myself positive reinforcement for achievements. #selfdiscipline I may get some criticism or rolling of the eyes for this .. but right now, while I still have the poundage to lose, my benchmarks are based on numbers on the scale. For every 10 pounds I earn the next reward! The rewards get better as I get smaller and NONE of them are food related. In fact, many of them are fitness related but cost money .. so I am not allowed to indulge financially until I reach the goal! Its worked great for me, although it may not be for everyone. BUT, Im 2 pounds away from my SPA DAY reward and I am beyond excited!! After all these workouts, this girl totes deserves a massage!
