To mark the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, which divided Germany between 1961 and 1989, an artist has created a 10-kilometre long light installation. The Wall has effectively and symbolically been rebuilt - but using 8,000 glowing helium balloons instead of concrete, barbed wire and watch towers.
