To my afrocentrist friends Believe what you like and by all means criticise theories and expose any eurocentrist assumptions in them. in fact deconstruct such theories to reveal their hidden premises or racist implications in the fashion for example of Sheilk Anta-Diop. you may recall that when diop criticised fellow egyptologies as eurocentrist, he did not just throw the label around, rather in his criticisms he tried to show that they misinterpreted evidence and used erroneous methods/ do the same thing. So my friends, do not be like the creationist who rejects difficult or unpleasant ideas by calling them unbiblical. rather you must seek to systematically scrutinise evidence and ideas. and if you admit that all ideas and even people make mistakes, then you too should seek to find out what is erroneous about what you believe. The above is what i mean by criticism. stop trying to convince others to believe what you believe. only people of faith do that. if you want pan-africanism to be scientific you will need to be serious. sadly you have not been
