To my employers: 1. Guess what! Theres more packages this peak than last. Dont act surprised. 2. You cant fit 10lbs of shit in a 5lb bag. That goes for trucks and the building. 3. Not everyone is capable of doing the job. I know how to sing but Im not good enough to make money doing it. You wouldnt hire a lawyer to do open heart surgery. 4. No matter how many people you throw at a situation if you dont train them, they are just in the way. 5. I know in your eyes Im just a dumb driver, but this driver is both more educated and experienced than you are so if I make a suggestion then maybe you should hear it out. 2 peak working days down, at least 16 to go!
