To my friends who are dog lovers you will understand my joy in this first photo. My daughters friend Grant took home our first rescue pup. Grant is a runner and he spent weeks getting ready for his new best friends arrival. The mommy dog lived at least a month on a busy highway too afraid to let anyone touch her. Half of our small community of Castalian Springs and my family helped feed, put straw in her kennel, wrap it in tarps and plastic (that she would not get in) and check on her every day. She decided one very cold day she would follow me and my sister home, on foot. A few days later, out of the cold she had this sweet litter. If your New Years resolution is to start running or walking at the park might I suggest a buddy! Message me if you are a forever home. Mila
