To my relatives, friends and colleagues in Kasama, Firstly, I remember asking what Mr. Kelvin Sampas stance was on the stand-off between President Sata and the Chitimukulu. We will not allow those who cannot defend Chitimukulu to abuse our people with gifts and many other forms of manipulation. We expect Mr. Kelvin Bwalyas NGO to join the many voices in condemning governments stance on Chitimukulu and not behaving like father christmas. Our people in Kasama may be poor but they are not stupid. I ask again, what does Mr. Sampas NGO have to sya about the confusion created by government over the chitimukulu corronation? Secondly, I asked whether he has ambitions to stand as Area MP. His activities in Kasama Central leaves much to be desired because they are highly political in nature and he must not hide behind an NGO.
