To my sweet fans..I hope youll take the time to read this important update from me today, I was waiting to make all of this official before I made an announcement. And as of today, it is: Due to the amazing response to my product selling at several retailers this past year, (wow what a journey it has been)…I have discovered the true path for Amanda Cupcake (and my fans) right now is to focus on specialty orders and local, independent outlets including Familiar Grounds New London, Lucky Tree Waupaca, and Woodmans locations. I have grown out of the small farmhouse I rented and named the Cupcake Mansion. Now I am going to work towards turning Amanda Cupcake into a fun Cupcake lifestyle brand that will expand my reach and put glittery cupcakes in the hands of more happy people than ever before (Some of my inspirational characters or brands in my own brand making venture are Dr. Seuss, Walt Disney, Starbucks, Ellen Degeneres, Betsey Johnson, and Willy Wonka-big dreams I know!) . I am leaving the mansion and moving into a commercial distribution kitchen where I will start the path to fulfill this dream. This Saturday July 12, 2014, will be the last day the Cupcake Mansion (currently located on Highway 45 in New London) will be open for retail. While I will not be distributing my magical baked goods personally at the mansion, I will continue to put love and glitter into each and every cupcake for you to enjoy at my partnering, independent outlets. I will still be honored (more than ever now) to fulfill special orders for your private parties, weddings, sugary cravings, television appearances, school appearances, classes, and other special events. If you want to experience the mansion one last time, you are invited to see me and indulge in a glittery cupcake this Saturday 9-4. With nothing but a dream and sheer determination to show the world the true potential of a cupcake made with love, I am now ready to leap into the next phase of my cupcake revolution. After the first few years of intense dedication – countless hours baking through the night to make sure that handcrafted, delicious, magical cupcakes would be available to all who sought them – I am thrilled to share my dreams with you of expansion into broader regional distribution. Through this I am also hoping that maybe one day….there will be a bigger, sparklier, brighter mansion (our very own ) and it will be large enough for weddings, parties, out of this world classes and dreams come true! Thank you all for your your love and support, and look forward to filling all of your tummies with sparkles as my brand continues to grow.
