To my young friends: Your soulmate - your life mate They are someone who wants to walk, run, dance, skip through life with you They are someone who will join you in any adventure just to be with you Their decisions include you & your opinions, your feelings They will plan a life with you.... They WILL NOT sit back & watch you do all the work They WILL NOT put you into any kind of debt or ruins They WILL NOT hurt you in any way They WILL NOT take advantage of your kindness Look at the person you are with - Do you see a future with them? Do you see a happy life with them? Dont think physical or financial - think heart & soul There are good people out there. sometimes it takes a little bit of REAL looking but, they are out there. Also - look at yourself Do you give yourself? Do you bring a life to the table? My young friends I have been there. Thought the person I was with was the real deal .... However, when I FINALLY opened my eyes I realized that that person was NOT the real deal & was glad I got out when I did. He lived off of me. He was cheating on me all the time. He brought no emotions or love to the relationship. He let me do all the work. He enjoyed his life while I was miserable. I was blind because he was my 1st love. So, please - I know it is hard - but, sit back & think about it.. I am sure that some of you will re-think who you are with. And moving on is hard. But it will be the best move you ever make. You will live & you will be a little smarter with your heart the next time.
