To release fear follow this little Reflective Repatterning Laws of opposites technique. Focus in on your fear or fears, become aware of where in head and or body you feel the fear. Close eyes and place thumb and ring finger either side of the bridge of the nose middle finger on forehead 2cm aprox above where the eyebrows would meet in the middle, and opposite hand across the lower back of the head. Then just keep repeating, Im afraid, things may get intense but will calm down, allow your mind to wander on to anything you have fear about, keep going till all is calmer, then repeat im calm and confident, whilst again thinking about what was your fears, allow mind to wander to anywhere you want to be feeling calmer and confident. Ideally doing this for at least ten minutes either way will give you a real sense of calm. The hand held position is accessing some very powerful energy points in the body to activate a fear release and allows room for calm and confidence. xx
