Terms and Conditions of Sale **Security Deposit A 50% deposit is required to lock in your required date, paid by internet banking or bank transfer. **Cancellations Orders cancelled within 6 months of the function date result in an automatic forfeit of your full deposit. Orders cancelled prior to 6 months will have the deposit refunded, less a $40 admin fee. **Final Payment Arrangements The final balance is due to be paid in to my account 14 days before delivery of your cake. Your cake will not be scheduled until this is received. Sorry no paying the balance to me on delivery. **Delivery All cakes over $100 are delivered free of charge to your door or venue within Auckland.
