WHEN YOU "NO SHOW" ESPICIALLY WITH A PRIOR CONFIRMATION YOU WILL "NOT" BE PUT BACK IN MY BOOKS UNTIL YOU COME IN AND PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. The deposit price will be according to the price of your piece and will be applied to your next SCHEDULED appoitment. Keep in mind that if that scheduled appt. is a no show or resheduled you LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. I apologize to those 95 percent of my clients whom are considerate and cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour cancellation period. I know you get tired of having to read statuses of this nature but apparently some clients think there are exceptions to the rules.
