To steal a line from the Beatles (who better to steal from)..How does it feel to be-one of the beautiful-people...you guys are amazing. I put out a call for help for a friend, and from all over the country, here it comes. As I arrived at church this morning, I ran into a wonderful friend who handed me two cards..one was condolences on the loss of my dear friend Steve, the other a donation to help out my friend. God, thank you so much for putting this kind of person on this planet. We hear and see a lot about the douchebags that get most of the attention..and people like this just go about being the caring and benevolent creatures they are, usually under the radar. The teaching today was beautiful and moving; it dealt with offering forgiveness to those who have hurt you in this life. I was entranced, and took a deep look inside at some of the hate I have harbored for years towards a couple people. And I realized that those people could give a rats ass...they forgot me long ago, while I torture my own self hating them. So, whos hurting who? As of this day, I totally forgive every person who has wronged me, or who I perceived had wronged me, in my life. And I offer my sincerest apology to anybody I have hurt, harmed, cheated, or maligned in any way. Life is so short, and so precious..the energy should be put into love, caring, and being helpful...and not the negative stuff. So, Prince of Darkness, kiss my everlovin ass..I cut you loose today and forever.
