To the BODY BUILDERS, GYM JUNKIES, MANY OF MY FRIENDS (lol), & others who consume a lot of protein with less fat (ex:4 egg whites and 1 full egg style), this is important information!!! We have all heard at some point that eating too muh protein is bad and we toss it off because we experience great benefits from eating a high protein diet. So when we hear rumors or studies which say rubbish as such we think they are pointing at that wrong group. Well here is the BIG NEWS! It is not entirely wrong but it is information that is being ENTIRELY misguided amongst the whole population! Protein is awesome but what is not being explained is how IMPORTANT it is for you to consume the necessary fat with your protein. Now some of you may have heard from me say that you need fat for proper protein absorbtion... but it is DEEPER than that! A high protein diet can cause problems of too much growth too fast whih will deplet your nutrient reserves inside your body making you defficient in Vitamin A and D! Therefore it strips you of important nutrients which then make it even harder for your body to cope with other foods and you just create a chain reaction of problems. This is why it is important to eat your food in its natural state and not isolate for unneccessary reasons because the media has influenced you to do so!
