To the Citizens of Chester:...Have you seen your elected officials in your community other than election time?...What happen to all the promises they made about this town?...The majority of the citizens of Chester have to travel to other cities and towns for Work and Entertainment...but yet we are imposed on with some of the Highest Taxes than any of our other neighboring Booming and Thriving Towns!!...Now since Chester has been considered Gang infiltrated...that puts us in an Empowerment zone!..meaning...There is Govt Grant monies coming to our town to eraticate the violence...and restore communities!!...Why dont you officials ask the youth what they Need to rectify the matter at hand since they are our FUTURE...Lets get some Family oriented entertainment back to this town...(bowling alleys,skating rings,movie theater) just to name a few...I heard one of our councilman say on the evening news that its time to wake Up....Well excuse me Sir....we are awake...you all just havent been givng us anything positive to SEE...and without a VISION the people Perish...along with your Town....Its time to boost the morale of your citizens and give them a Hope for the Future....you took an Oath...you took the Seat...Now take some RESPONSIBILITY!!
