To the Hamilton Park Family; I pray that we can all come together no later than early next week (pick a time) and have a serious Prayer vigil for Greg Callahan and his family. Im so tired of people speaking of what one has done in the past; for that matter weve all done something wrong. Ill be the first to admit that Ive wilded out on numerous occasion with reason; not thinking of the consequence; yet Im not speaking of me! Now that Ive damned near witnessed a good friend and family member senselessly murdered after being a conqueror to the children (especially the Bobcats) in the neighborhood; it breaks my heart to know that we dont think enough of one another to turn our heads and leave bs behind. Gregs life maybe meant nothing to many and a whole lot to others; the manner in which he was cheated out of his life simply devastates not only myself but the entire community. There are many of the young Hamilton Park Bobcats that had direct ties to Greg and cant understand why he was maliciously murdered in the cowardly manner for which hes no longer amongst the living. Now its our responsibility to support his family and loved ones by showing that we can in fact come together without all the melee and represent him to the utmost. If there is anyone that would like to preside this vigil that would be greatly appreciated. Not only do we need to be there but lets ask some of the communities voices to speak on their actual feelings about not just his death but the community as a whole. I feel we owe them this and please everyone try and visit with his Aunt Barbara, his Mother Mrs Shirley , sister Kim and his children. Let them know that they have our full support and love.
