To the Public: I will reiterate the issues of governmental collusion to keep progress from taking place in the U.S. in 2012. In this discourse, it involves Federal Funding objectives and business objectives as it relates to Research and Development Plans involving the new evolutionary design as it applies to (airfoil ) technology and surface-to-subsurface (navel) applications. A cross over study to be done as the applications of this type of airfoil does function in multiple areas of transportation needs, land, air, sea, and space. Study was planned at Auburn University in Auburn, Al. with the help of the Aerospace dept. and the Graphic Arts Dept. Multiple Funding applications with several Government Agencies: ( DOD, Dept. of Navy, NASA, National Science Foundation (NSF), and the Humanities Foundation.) Federal funding was denied by each agency listed. Multiple applications submitted to NASA and the NSF. In addition, the U.S. Transit Rail System denied my proposal. Though their excuse held that the Transit Authority does not invest into magnetic rail systems in the U.S. Progress in this area is not an option in the U.S. as no federal funding is available for this undertaking. In light of these issues and facts, a broader address of collusion needs to be looked into as new commerce markets are not getting established to include this new revolutionary design in transportation. In addition, the loss of literary works, documentation and research in support of new competitive industry, and advancement in sciences and education.
