To the Senior Citizen who was blaring her horn relentlessly as I nursed my car through a highway intersection with the hazards flashing, I guess you didnt notice my car was breaking down... I pray you got to your destination safely. For all the people who passed me with my hazards flashing and my car pulled over the best I could given its condition .... I also pray for safe journeys ahead for all of you. Because of my circumstance I learned more self control of my emotions - yes it was hard because I wanted to scream. However thru my journey today I got to see my friend Ken at Dunbar Automotive (yes its a plug because his heart is huge and he understands my situation). I was able to enjoy my walk home and be thankful for the big beautiful trees that gave me shade in our heat wave. I smelled beautiful flowers in bloom and traded smiles with cyclists and neighbors. I also got to enjoy the fact I like to help people no matter how busy life gets at times. Thank You Universe for slowing me down. As always, my favorite quote...
