To the girl in the Laundry room who said Youre pretty for a black girl Let me say this: Why did me being Black have to do with me being pretty? Was me being black hindering my beauty, therefore my ability to break through blackness makes me beautiful? Also who told you that, that phrase was a compliment? I mean I have never hear anyone say Oh youre pretty for a white girl...or maybe I should start saying it. My color only adds to my beauty for GOD loved me so much, he took all the colors of the rainbow, mixed them together and made me. So no I am not pretty for a black girl I am Cheyenne T. Jacobs and I am black, pretty, smart, and funny. But I guess you didnt see that, because I am first and foremost BLACK.
