To the gym for squat day! Last set at 380 for 3 or more reps. Im wondering if my streak of 8 or more will be broken tonight. 380 for 8 would be ridiculous and Im not feeling so hot lately. Pretty shaky and only sleeping during the day again. But I live for these challenges so Im starting with 15 minutes in the sauna, 45 minutes of old man warm-up, then just turn on the motor and shove feet through floor. Heres to one more rep and overcoming lifes challenges.
