To the lady driving the white Altima on West Main Street in Lebanon at 0815.....was it really necessary to be driving reckless nearly causing two accidents while lighting your cigarette. I was curious to see where you were in a rush to go and at least found some comfort that you might be able to resolve your road rage issues at Groshong Counseling Services this am. Lets just hope that is not your place of employment!
