To the managers involved, these are terms and conditions that will be emailed to your clubs secretaries *Boston Athletic fundraiser Cup* The event will be held at Kirton Middlecott sports centre on 9th May 2015 9am - 6pm. The matches will be 30 minutes inc stoppages with no half time. If however the score results in a draw, there will be a penalty shoot out to determine the winner. Each round will be a knock out stage. Standard 11 aside rules apply to each game played according to FA rules. There will be two pitches with 16 teams (8 on each pitch) equalling 14 matches, resulting a winning team on each pitch, meaning that the 15th game will be the final, winning team from each pitch. Each player involved will be registered, playing for one team only, paying £5.00 total. If for any reason certain players/team do not pay the entre fee before the deadline date the player/team will be disqualified and will NOT be allowed play. The payment deadline will be 28th of February 2015. Payment will be received by a secured bank account set up solely for the tournament. Each team will be allowed up to five substitutes maximum, with a roll on and roll off basis. Each team will have to supply their own linesman to call the off sides. Also each team must supply at least one to kit to play, if however two teams do clash, bibs will be supplied by organising team Boston Athletic. Scores will be recorded after each game from referee to score taker, who will be situated at the sidelines, there will also be information on fixtures available. Each team will get picked by luck of the draw to determine the first round matches. These will be picked out with each manager of each team present at the Britannia pub, Church Lane, Boston, as already discussed. The winning team will receive: £200 cash prize 16 personal trophies & 1 winning cup There also will be 16 medals awarded to the runners up team, all supplied by organisers Boston Athletic FC First aid will be provided by myself (qualified first aider) with one first aider also qualified at each game, available from the sidelines.
