To the people trying to save souls on the WLOX and WDAM links on marriage equality.... I think you can know a book like the Bible from cover to cover....recite it word for word....but it doesnt mean you understand what its saying. Unless you allow yourself to really look around and know people who are different than you, you will never fully understand Gods love for all of us. Ill admit I have never actually read the entire Bible. I cant really quote verses, but I talk to God daily and I can feel Gods love for me and I can see Gods love through others. Thats how I know God loves all of His babies. And, having allowed myself to actually get to know others who are different from me has made me realize how impossible it is that God would deny them the same rights as everyone else. If you just try to love as Christ loved/loves youll find things to look quite differently. Please, just close the book. Stop copying/pasting scripture thats probably lost its meaning for you a long time ago. Close your eyes and take that unconditional love that God so freely gives to you and pay it forward. Of course you might be atheist in which case Im not trying to convert you.....this is just directed to the angry Christians who still preach of hellfire and brimstone instead of just simply carry the message of Gods love.
