To whom it may concern, Firstly, we would like to apologize for the inconviences that had happened during the happenings of the event “MYMC Fest 2013” on the 30th of November at BlackBox Publika. Our apologies to the bands that was not able to perform on the event day itself given a misunderstanding that had taken place between the management, our team and some of the bands. The particulars of this inconvinience was present on the day itself eventhough our team had been there to set up for the event at 10am and the sound system had been settled by 12. Our team had to wait for the bands to arrive until it was 4.30pm. The bands that were late were dealing with unavoidable circumstances, which had caused us to force a delay for the event. Futhermore, a communication problem had arised between our team and the bands as they were suppose to play a maximum of 3 songs but had achieved to perform more than expected, which had caused a further delay for the next bands in line to perform. Additionally, the management had informed us that the event needed to end at 11pm given that the event venue being close to a residential area and if we fail to cooperate, the authorities will stop the event themselves. We would like to extend our apologies to the following bands that were not given a chance to perform. 1- Bleeding Mascara 2- Allegiance 3- The Padangs 4- Pickcell 5- Nothing Underneath We would like to apologize to the rest of the bands and labels that were involved in this event. 1. Art Project The purpose of this pulic apology is not to blame anyone that was involved in this event but rather to explain how things went wrong during the event. Our team was fully at fault eventhough our best was given to make the event go smoothly. Hopefully we have achieved even the sligthest amount of support from all of you so that we may meet again on our future events. We are sorry for failing this event.
