To whom it may concern, I, Bruce Cumming, deleted your horrible product from the computer I installed it in late last year. I communicated with you at the time just how completely unhappy and angry i was about this trash software. Prior to making the decision to simply get rid of Norton out of the computer, your “Internet security” shut down my ability to access the internet at all on two separate occasions forcing me to go to system restore on both occasions There were other problems, too. It never updated successfully, sent me on wild good chases around and about the software program itself and led to hours and hours of frustration and anger. I deleted this rubbish from my laptop and informed you people in no uncertain terms of my absolute loathing for your product. I was happy to have it gone and went about my life thinking little more of it. Now, almost a year later, you have automatically taken $89.99 out of my bank account to “renew my subscription”. I have notified my bank and given them a few details including a verbal summing up of the first paragraph of this email. They are to dispute what you have done and i am not going to leave this alone until i have my money back and have total assurance from you that your company will never inconvenience me again.
