To whom it may concern (Worried Mom, Dad and Santa)……. On Tuesday night December 23, 2014 just before 2300 HRS (11:00 PM), a very nice Christmas gift, wrapped in wrapping paper was found on a State Road in Utah County. The gift is very nice and I fear that there is a child somewhere that will be very sad (Mom and Dad included) on Christmas. The gift is in the possession of a State Trooper that has already pulled a case number for the found property, but doesn’t want to have it stored at the Utah Highway Patrol Office in Orem to be lost. How sad would it be for this wonderful gift to be locked away in a secured storage closet and never get the chance to put a smile on the face of a VERY lucky child! If anyone out there has lost a Christmas gift or might have information regarding the item in question, PLEASE notify the Utah Highway Patrol Dispatch @ (801)887-3800. It is very important to the Trooper to locate the child and family missing it. Thank You and Merry Christmas!!
