To whom this may concern, It has come to my attention that the company “StemCell Technologies” owned by Dr. Allen C. Eaves has been mistaken for the one that I have established. I would like to make it clear that they have nothing in common, If it comes down to a legal issue I would be more that willing to save them the loss in court and simply just change the name of my small company. Not to mention that the companies have two very different goals for mine I see regeneration of cellular tissues for extending human life. For theirs I dont know, I am not a certified doctor but I am medically trained in first aid and have taken my fair share of online biology classes. Due to my progression in extending human life & Stem Cell research I feel the title is suitable. I would also like to make it clear that the two companies have literary changes such as the space inside the “Stem Cell” whereas theirs is just “StemCell”. This is good enough to cause differentiation.
