Today 1 of every 2,000 cars is a plug-in car. By the end of 2015 1 of every 200 cars will be a plug-in car. Buy the end of 2020, virtually every car will be a plug-in car. Who said that? Al Lococo said so. Feel free to quote me on it. This prediction is based on a sustained rate of tripled sales of plug-in cars each year. Keep in mind that July sales of Battery Electric Vehicles in 2013 are six times those in 2012.
