Today, 13 years ago, my family lost one of our sons to a car accident. Today, I want to thank God for allowing us to have him for the 11 years that he spent on earth with us. I thank Him for allowing us to be a small part of his life and I know that his residence now is in Heaven. My father joined him on December 12th of last year and my heart tells me that a lot of stories have shared between the two of them in the past few months and there has been a grand reunion that has went on with many of our family that was waiting on them and they have had the glory of seeing Jesus. I am not sad today, for I know that they won the ultimate battle with death and have won the victory over each of us that are left behind. The Bible tells us that to be absent in body is to be present with the Lord and one day, I will have the chance to be with them again through this promise. I would only ask that you share a prayer for my family for peace in knowing that we will join them one day soon. I thank each of you that support us through your prayer and I ask God to Bless you for doing so.
