Today 8 years ago I found out that I had a hole in my heart. Savannah could not do surgery & I was going to have to go to Emory in Atlanta to have the surgery done. It was that bad. Jimmy was alive, scared to death I was going to die. They sent me home to have a Christmas with my family. Little did I know that would be my only Christmas with Jimmy. Because less than a month later he died of a heart attack. Then in April I had open heart surgery. This Christmas hug your family, tell them you love them, because you dont know what tomorrow will hold. Those that have lost loved ones that have an empty seat at the table, & around the tree I pray for you & your family. There is an empty place in my heart daily, but God fills it with the hope of the future of seeing my Jimmy again in heaven & praising my Lord. Merry Christmas everyone. Remember the reason for the season.
