Today April 4th is WORLD STRAY ANIMALS DAY. There are over 600 million stray animals all over the world that suffer lives of misery- starving, cold, sick and abused. Its why today we need to spare some time to pray for them too. Dear kind Lord we humbly ask today to look after these poor strays, who have done nothing wrong in their lives except to be born to people who do not want them, and just give them a life of torture and abuse. Today let it be a day where people would realise how much compassion these strays need. Let us all show more tolerance and be more active in making sure they do not continue their lives on the streets. Dear God do not let these wonderful kind creatures die painful deaths at the hands of cruel humans . Take care of ALL those people who do all they can to change the lives of these strays. Who support no-kill animal shelters. Give them strength and determination to continue bring more positive awareness on strays. Let everyone help and maybe with everyones love there will be no more strays.... In Jesus name Amen
