Today, August 8, Italy and Belgium remember the disaster of 1956 at the coal mine Bois du Caz, in Marcinelle, south of Brussels, a fire that broke out in the pits and caused the death of 262 miners, of whom 136 were Italians and 95 Belgians, only 13 workers survived.
