Today GOD finally called it a day.. For all his fans this is perhaps one of the most saddest day. The very thought of not seeing him on the field playing for India itself brings tears to our eyes.. But then like every good thing in life, even this had to end For all his fans (including me) Indian innings would start when Sachin took guard in the middle. And it would end when his wicket fell. The outcome of the match was irrelevant. What was relevant is whether Sachin was playing and what was his score. As long as he was there in the middle, India was safe. The moment he was out then all hope was gone. Carrying the burden of expectations of millions is never easy. But he carried it on his shoulders for 24 long years without any complaints. The entire nation used to come to a standstill when he was batting. Everyone would be glued on the tv sets just to see him perform. Sachin has never let anyone down. He had to sacrifice a lot.. Family, kids and everything. But he carried on without any breaks. Today its very sad to know that we will nvr c the number 10 jersey on the field. But like someone rightly said Legends Nvr Retire Thank you Sachin for entertaining us. Without you cricket will never be the same. You will be sorely missed. Thank you very much ....
