Today God showed us the kindness of strangers. Jim, Taylor and I were on Clinton Lake today. I wont bore you with the details but those of you who know Taylor can fill in the blanks. A group of young men and women came to our rescue, got us to a safe place and refused to leave our side until they knew Taylor was OK. One held his hand, another covered him with her towel and another spoke to him quietly. One literally saved his life with his strength and quick thinking. Another shuttled a worried mother to her son and others offered help of any kind. It was a gorgeous day and they could have left us for fun much sooner than they did. We are overwhelmed by their kindness and so very, very thankful. In all the stress, we failed to get any names. Please share this story in the hopes that they will see how much their caring assistance meant to us. We are thanking God for each and every one of you!
