Today I am being kind to myself and believe me, thats a tall order. I have this terrible idea of perfection, especially about singing. I keep thinking that if it is less than perfect, somehow the world will end and I will end up being shamed and humiliated like when i was growing up. I need to dump this idea, firstly because there is no such thing as perfection, especially in singing, which is very subjective to say the least and secondly cause at my age if anybody tried to bash me, I can assure you, I would bash them back.
