Today I am feeling extremely refreshed, Im resting in the thought that He is watching over me. I am in a season of my life where i have to Be still and Know - in other words, Im being taught to live a life of reckless abandonment, being still and trusting even though I dont know where to step in order to reach those next levels of whats to come in life. Its true, I dont wanna be still, I just wanna know! But First I have to know who my Jesus is, the one who created me and named me. God wrote a novel about my life and Im not writing the pages as I go along, its already written! God is in charge, but God is not in control - (because He LOVES me, He gave me a choice, (free will) because without a choice to Love Him, Love wouldnt be love it would be a dictatorship.) And you see, In the midst of our human tendencies where sometimes we can accidentally end up in the center of our own universe, its not because were bad people whove made bad decisions, or have become prideful or selfish. Side note: (God doesnt want us to think so low of ourselves and our motives, thats condemnation and condemnation stems from Religion, because Religion is based on a conditional love system which is formed by a lack of Grace. - in fact Hebrews says that Jesus is a perfect sacrifice by a perfect person, to perfect some very imperfect people it also says that The murder of Jesus was a proclamation of Grace. - anyway; its not selfish motive at all, its because sometimes our human minds accidentally slip and one thing leads to another and before you know it, the pendulum has swung and its become a reverse pendulum, your on the top and Jesus is holding You up, when in reality there shouldnt be a pendulum in your life because God is all consuming or encompassing. In Romans 8 we see that in the midst of all our bad decisions, because He loves all of us, (even the ugly places) He will take all of Our bad decisions and make something good out of them, God Has no plan B for our lives, He will take every situation and every decision and make it plan A because He loves you and wants everything to work together for your good, thats unconditional love, thats Grace. Im thankful for Relentless Grace, Im thankful for Scandalous Grace, Im thankful for Unstoppable, Limitless Love. Im thankful that through Jesus, Love and Grace in my life are a reality. If 52 sermons a year changed my, life dont you think I would look different? No matter how many sermons i hear, i wont be changed unless i willingly accept the Transformer, the Helper, the savior, the Lover, the Heaven on earth reality, the all Powerful, yet approachable Jesus. When We accepted Jesus, Our sin nature became dead, and we came alive, and If you focus on fixing your sin nature, its your resurrecting a dead problem. HAHAHA! Thats the scandal of Grace...
