Today I am grateful for my arms and legs. I was talking to my mom about how she first heard about my accident. She said that my stepmom had called her and all she knew was that I had two broken legs after being hit by a train (I really only had one broken leg). In all the chaos, my poor mother assumed that Id lost both legs. After all, Id been hit by a train! After all has been said and done now, I sit and think about how amazing it is that I do in fact have all of my limbs. I still cant walk, but my body is mostly intact. Thats something Im very grateful for!
