Today I am most grateful that the birthday girl is alive and well! On this day my gem of a lady, MY MOTHER, celebrates 55 years of life. To God be all the glory! During my years of existence she has been more than I could ever ask for. She always reminds me of and display the character of the Proverbs 31st lady. There is no one word that I can ever use to define what my #1 supporter, fan, confidant, best friend, bank manager :-), motivator, mentor, prayer partner, disciplinary, teacher, and wonderful mother she is to me. Each day it is always a desire of mine to make you proud because you put soooo much effort and time into raising and supporting your family. I celebrate you daily because it is always a joy and pleasure to give back in some way or the other for all that you have and still is doing in my life. Your words of encouragement and discipline never fall on deaf ears because they are always timely and done in love! From time to time you would always say youre my mini me. And I always take profound joy in accepting that because your name and character is one that is of high moral standards and I seek to follow daily. You are my ROLE MODEL! Thank you mommy for your unselfish love, care, support, Godly character and prayers that you offer all 6 of your children and the many others that you impact and seek to mentor daily. So today it is my prayer that God will continue to bless you, cover you, provide for you and keep you FOREVER YOUNG! Love you mommy! Proverbs 31: 28 - Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: “Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.”
