Today, I am thankful for the little things in life like -- the smell of moonflowers when they pop open at night, the smiles and hugs my son always has for me, the way my kitties, or dog, tilt their heads or kitties stretch their paws into air when the want something & are being cute, the way grass or warm sand feels on your feet & between your toes, the rare treat of finding a perfectly intact shell or some blue sea glass on the beach or the smell of food cooking in my house or from someone elses house in the neighborhood.
