Today I ate at a truck stop where only one waitress was working and one cook. however, my service today was not too good. The cook and the waitress was arguing back and forth over the food that the customers were getting. The waitress held a grudge and when she served the meals because the cook was messing them up. Well for some reason the waitress was not serving her customers on time and the customers were getting up and walking out. At first I was annoyed but I got over it quickly. Finally I thought I would give her a pleasant conduct that was positive and not negative. I told her I understood because I use to be a waitress myself. She made the remark with a smile and said, "I am glad someone does;" and then went about her business. Working out in public I think is the hardest thing to do. Sometimes a little kind word helps those who feel oppressed. People who are in control of their emotions can make an unhappy situation in to a good one. Think before you speak to someone like this and maybe she will be in a better mood toward you. Becky
