Today, I attended the Presidents Roundtable. It was the first time I ever attended one, so I was unsure what to expect. As I said earlier, I had compiled 3 questions that I thought would have had a direct impact to most peoples workplaces. But recent events made it more clear than ever before that I wanted to convey the feelings of the TMs on the floor. I was told by more than one person that my 4th question could be a career ender for someone looking to move ahead. But I asked it anyways. The next 4 posts will be the 4 questions that I had with me. I couldnt ask them all, but they will all be sent to the Voice Online again today, so I guess they will be read by someone. Not everyone will agree with them, I understand that. But all of these questions are compiled from the messages I receive, the TMs that have reached out to me, and each and every one of you.
