Today I bought all my stuff for the first 5 days of the full cleanse. Heres my story. My name is Danielle and I work full time and I also am a full time mom. With my work schedule and commute I am gone 12 hrs a day. When I get home my nights are bus busy. I come home eat dinner spend a little time playing with my 3 boys( 5 yrs & 21 month twins). Then its bed for kids and mommy packs lunch for oldest and spends a lil time with daddy then bed. With my oldest I gained a lot of weight and never really lost the weight. I did do weight watchers eventually and lost maybe 40 pounds but got pregnant with my twins. Since then I get so busy I forgot to take care of myself. I have been recently suffering sever migraines, being severely tired and no energy at all. I had some blood testing done and found out that my platelet levels are elevated and I have high cholesterol, high LDL, and high trigliserides(sp not sure). Big wake up call for me. Im starting this GSC to change my life. I want to be healthy and fit so I can be with my kids and be the fun mommy. I love this page and appreciate all the support I can get.
