Today I continued to support the fight to have the Supreme Court re-evaluate the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act’s Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). As it currently stands, IPAB is an “independent” super-legislature responsible for regulating and setting Medicare prices. This power and oversight is deeply troubling.
