Today I felt proud to be european. That rarely happens but today it did. We were sitting under the shades of the pine, in a mild summer breeze, the dutch, the french, the english and us. Mick was telling stories about his travels to Polynesia following in the footsteps of explorer Thor Heyerdahl (norwegian). Heyerdahl wrote many books and told many tales of the paradise that he had found. I remember reading these tales when I was younger. So we sat there, us, the europeans, and we spoke about paradise and that´s when it happened. I felt proud. We are rich in art, history and movements of resistance...
