Today I found myself at a Park just walking around and I was just walking past this elderly woman. As we made eye contact, I just said hello and have a good day. As I was walking away I heard her crying. Something just told me to stop and ask why was she crying? Her answer was that she has been sitting on that bench for about a couple of hours. She said many people has walk past her and I was the first person to speak to her. It made me very sad and I could remember my Grandmother telling me when I was small that it cost nothing to say hi to anyone. Wow I see how it can impact someone day. Amazing I think.
